2023 Monthly and Committee of the Whole meeting schedule

Summerside City Council meets for the monthly meeting on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm (time may change in the summer). In the event that the third Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held on the following day.  Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 pm (time may change in the summer).

Meetings are open to the public, with the exception of In-Camera (closed door) meetings.  Doors at City Hall are open 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

Additional meetings may be scheduled as required.

During these meetings, Council reviews, discusses, and takes action on issues that affect the City.

Agendas and meeting packages can be viewed below. For meetings held on Monday and Tuesday, meeting packages are generally available online (below) by the end of the day Friday prior to the meeting.  For meetings held on Wednesday or Thursday, meeting packages are generally available by the preceding Monday.  Agendas may be amended up to the start of the meeting.

Minutes from previous Council meetings are listed below and are posted when approved at the following Monthly Council meeting.
