Budget Billing
Budget billing is available to any residential customer in good standing who has at least twelve months of consecutive service at their location.
Budget billing charges MAY include:
- monthly energy charges
- monthly service fees
- rental charges for area lighting
- water/sewer charges
Budget billing does NOT include:
- connection or reconnect fees
- maintenance service costs
- penalties or late payment fees
- service call fees
Billing fees will be calculated based on a twelve month average billing and will be reviewed annually. Customers will be responsible for any accumulated difference in the bill upon annual review. The annual account review may require an adjustment of the monthly billing amount.
Budget billing will be cancelled should the customer account fall into arrears.
