Year-round Activities
Green's Shore Park is a fantastic area for both summer and winter activities. In the summer, the sandy beach area boasts 600 meters of shoreline, perfect for kayaking, wind surfing, kiteboarding, sand castle building, or just relaxing. During the winter, the area is perfect for skating, hockey, and cross country skiing.
Green's Shore is a popular location for beach volleyball and is a common venue for annual Lobster Festival activities and other community events.
Location: Green's Shore Park is located on the western end of Water Street. The main parking area is located at the Shipyard Market building.
Amenities: Parking, picnic tables, benches, washrooms, dogs welcome. Wheelchair accessible.
