Upholding Bylaws
The following bylaws related to land planning and development may be punishable by an officer with proper authority (noted below), during inspection or by complaint:
- CS-31 Building Bylaw (Enforced by the Building Officer/Building Inspector)
- CS-11 Dangerous, Hazardous & Unsightly Premises Bylaw (Enforced primarily by the Building Officer/Inspector but may also be enforced by Director of Fire Services, Director of Police Services, Director of Municipal Services, or their designates as assigned by Chief Administrative Officer)
- City Official Plan 1998 (Rev. 2006) (Enforced by City Planner and Development Officer)
- SS-15 Zoning Bylaw (Enforced by Development Officer)
- SS-19 Subdivision and Site Development Bylaw (Enforced by The Development Officer and Municipal Engineer)
- SS-20 Heritage Conservation Bylaw (Enforced by Development Officer and Building Officer)
- CS-21 Licensing Bylaw (Enforced by Director of Finance)
