Empowering Residents with Knowledge
Members of the Summerside Police Department are frequently invited to speak to community groups on many different public safety topics, from fraud prevention to drug awareness.
Teachers invite us to schools to talk to students about topics such as:
- Cyber-bullying
- Drunk driving
- Drug abuse
We also have created programs to talk to senior citizens about scams and how to prevent becoming victims of fraud.
