When Our System is Down
It is our number one priority to provide reliable electricity service to your property, however, there are times when due to weather, system upgrades, accidents, or other unforeseen reasons, customers will experience power outages.
To register to receive email notifications about power outages, please email Rebecca Covyeow. Recipients will receive emails for every pre-planned outage, whether or not your address will be affected. We will do our best to send emails during an emergency outage, however, there will be circumstances where we can not (if we ourselves have no power, etc.).
