The City’s Handling of Legal Files
The Summerside Police Department’s Court Officer is responsible for the City’s Court Liaison.
Cst. Lindsay Rogers receives all court-related matters and prepares those files for Court, the Crown Prosecutor’s Office, and Department Personnel. He spends his time between the Summerside Courthouse and the Police Department.
