You can pay parking tickets:
- in person at City Hall (275 Fitzroy Street, first floor through the payments door)
- via mail by cheque or money order (Summerside City Hall, 275 Fitzroy Street, Summerside, PE., C1N 1H9)
If paying by cheque or money order, please make cheque payable to the City of Summerside.
Parking tickets range from $25–$50.
Contesting a Parking Ticket
Should you wish to contest a parking ticket, you can do so at Summerside Police Services. In some instances, these matters can be resolved at this stage. If the matter cannot be resolved in your favour, you may enter a Not Guilty plea before a Justice of the Peace on the date written on the Summons. You will then be notified of a court date for trial.
