Credit Union Place is home to two NHL-sized playing surfaces: the Island Petroleum Energy Centre and the Ice Pad
The larger of the two ice surfaces, the Island Petroleum Energy Centre is home to the Summerside Western Capitals and offers a great venue for concerts, tradeshows, sporting events, and much more. This multipurpose facility is equipped with:
- 3,480 fixed bowl seats
- concert capacity of up to 6,156
- 10 luxury suites
- large 3rd floor media level
- regulation basketball court
- special event lighting and sound equipment, wireless mics, arena projection units
- gala catering services for 2,500+
