Keeping our City Clean
It is important to us that residents and visitors to Summerside enjoy safe and clean spaces. Our Staff members include litter clean up as part of their park maintenance procedure.
Park staff perform the following litter clean up duties:
- Daily litter pickup of the Green Shore area
- Daily litter pickup of the Sports Field Complex
- Spring roadside and litter pickup around City properties
- Daily ball field litter pick up
- Daily litter pickup throughout City green spaces, boardwalk, sports fields, and parks
We urge you to use the garbage bins located throughout our City.
