Successful Testing Program
The City of Summerside began sampling and testing drinking water on a bi-weekly basis in the 1960s. In 2001, Summerside established its present policy for water sampling. This policy ensures that the drinking water quality in Summerside is maintained according to the standards set out in the Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality.
